Hello AC!

My name is Haley and I am honored to be running for Director of Student Relations for the Fall 2026 semester!

The Accounting Club has been a welcoming space for me to learn new things, grow as an individual and meet some incredible people along the way. This is not only a reflection of the hard work and dedication the current Board members have, but also of the supportive and engaged community within the club. The connections I have made through this club are truly meaningful, and the inclusive environment that guided me through this once unfamiliar space is exactly what I hope to foster to others.

I am running for Director of Student Relations because I want to give back to the community I care for through my own skills that I have learned from previous experiences in organizing both club and personal events. Through those previous opportunities, I have learned how to communicate with vendors, organize tasks and plan out details so that those events may be fun, engaging and entertaining. My goal is to create events that are memorable to everyone, which is why I also plan to directly seek feedback from members of AC to gain a better understanding of what their experiences are like and what I can incorporate in the next ones.

I believe that having strong individual connections creates a positive and thriving foundation for a club, which is why I promise to work hard, strive for the best and continue to improve so that we may have an amazing semester filled with so many memories.
