Inter-Business Council Senator Nominations

Brieanne Shiroma

Hi guys, it’s Brie :)

I am honored to be nominated for IBC Senator for the Spring 2026 semester. Even though I only recently joined AC, this semester has genuinely been one of the best parts of my college experience. Through AC, I’ve been able to grow professionally, give back to the community, and meet so many great people who have made my last year feel meaningful. I’m grateful to AC for giving me a place where I feel supported in my goals and for welcoming me into such a giving community.

I’m running for IBC Senator because I want to proudly represent AC in the Inter Business Council and be involved in planning the events that bring our business community together. Super Clubs Day was the event that made me fully commit to AC, so getting the chance to help coordinate it, and support other events like Student’s Night, would be a great way to close out my college experience and time in AC. I would love the chance to support our team, carry forward the energy for Super Clubs Day, and make sure AC is always well-represented.

Looking forward to everything we’ll accomplish together next semester!

Wishing you the best ☆

Jayden Tsukahira

Hey AC, it's Jayden!!

Being part of AC has played a major role in my personal and professional growth. This club pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me build confidence, and connected me with an incredible community. Because AC has done so much for me, I’m committed to giving back and serving the organization that has shaped my college experience.

A little about me, I’m originally from the Bay Area, and I spent many summers on Oʻahu visiting family. Coming to UH Mānoa has always been a goal of mine, and I’ve loved getting to learn more about Hawaiʻi’s culture and community. When I’m not in class, you can usually find me at the Warrior Recreation Center working out or playing basketball. If you see me around, feel free to say hi!

If elected as your IBC Senator, I will dedicate my time to being a strong and reliable voice for Accounting Club. I’ve heard a lot of valuable feedback about Super Clubs Day and other events, and I will make sure your concerns, ideas, and perspectives are communicated clearly and taken seriously.

Thank you so much, and I hope to see all of you guys on election day soon!

Wendy Zhou

Hi AC!

My name is Wendy Zhou and I am running for the Inter-Business Council Senator position.

A little bit about myself, I am the financial manager for the Manoa Scholars Club and have been in the Accounting Club for two semesters.

From my two semesters at accounting club, I was able to make new friendships, grow my professional skills, and obtain an internship next semester. I want to give back to the club that has given me unforgettable experiences and opportunities by running for IBC senator.

I am looking forward to seeing you guys at the election meeting!
